Refund Policy

Every purchase is a digital product, delivered in full the moment you buy. Because you get the whole thing immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Read the description and the preview before you buy. Every guide page has a look inside, so you can see the writing and judge whether it is for you.

If something is wrong with delivery, that is a different matter and we will fix it. If a file will not open, a link fails, or you cannot reach what you paid for, email ksukirya@syntrexai.com with your receipt or order number and we will sort it out.

Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live, and Gumroad may act on payment disputes under its own terms.
